You might know me from “Food Wars” and “Food Tours" - two smash-hit & award-winning video series. I developed these shows and acted as showrunner for 5 years. As a writer and presenter, I blended my passion for food with deep research and humour to create engaging and educational content.

While food content is my bread and butter (pun intended), I’ve worked across a range of subject matter. From learning how £8,000 curling stones are made in West Scotland to interviewing volunteer fighters from the Russia-Ukraine War, I love diving into new topics and finding the best ways break complex stories down for digital audiences.
